Halloween party centerpieces

Its been a while since I have blogged. I have been so busy keeping up with my Etsy Store orders (not a bad thing!) I have not had time to create anything new but yesterday Kelley and I did get to a Halloween themed project. So excited about these mini centerpieces. I found the tin pails for $1 each. They are 4" tall and perfect to put in a few of the kids from Paperdoll Dressup in their halloween costumes. I added some Martha glitter to make them sparkle and the vinyl on the pails from the Pumpkin carving seasonal cartridge!

Disney Fairy Tale wedding invitations

I just finished Brian and Debra's wedding invitations. I had so much fun creating these for them. I think they are my best yet. Debra wanted an intinery card for the wedding day's events and I used a fancy Mickey icon swirl stamp to create "bullet" points to separate each part of the day. Her wedding invitation was "fairy tale" inspired so used little Cinderella' coaches all over the invite embossed in silver and also on the RSVP card. She picked this Marina Mist cardstock for her invitation and RSVP card mats. I tied the beautiful white organza ribbon bows around each invite. I dry embossed their names inside the castle in the clouds oval and the best touch.....I silver embossed and they lived happily ever after under their names within the oval embossed filigree....so elegant these turned out. It may not be traditional but we decided to stamp the outside invitation mailing envlope wtih Fairy Tales do come true in silver metallic ink to tie everything together.

You can see more of my wedding invitations including this one in my Etsy store. Just click on the linke at the top of my blog.

Still one of my most favorite cards

I was going through pictures of my projects today and those on my Etsy Store and I came across my favorite card so far. I LOVE making these roses out of paper. They are really not very hard and the results are breathtaking. I have used them on cards and I have used them to look like cake decoration flowers for my cake box favor boxes. They look like the real thing don't they?

MY TOY STORY CARTRIDGE ARRIVED YESTERDAY!

I couldn't be more happy. I love all my Cricut cartridges and I carefully pick the ones I am going to add to my collection but this one has been a long time anticipation and it kept getting pushed farther and farther away of its original release date! I am a patient girl! Finally it arrived yesterday. I already have an order for 2 birthday bouquets in my Etsy Store for this theme and last night wasted no time. Kelley and I got Sheriff Woody made!

He is so stinkin cute!!
